Broadbeach is 3 km away from Surfers Paradise, is home to Conrad Jupiters Casino, the Gold Coast Convention Centre many restaurants, clubs and shops. A monorail links Broadbeach to Jupiters Casino, which, in turn is across the road from Pacific Fair, one of Australia's largest yet most relaxed shopping centres. Coomera is a fast growing community at the northern end of the Gold Coast and is one of the city’s strongest growth areas.
