Merryl Dawson, who is a Senior Migration Consultant at IPC, is a Licensed Real Estate Agent (License No. 725690) and a member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW also. Merryl is extremely familiar with and specialises in the attainment of FIRB (Foreign Investment Review Board) approval also where necessary for IPC clients. Dawson began her professional career as a property manager in her father's Real Estate business in Townsville, North Queensland, managing a portfolio of some 100 properties.
After gaining experience in the real estate, properly construction and development and marketing and sales areas, Merryl moved to the UK in the early 1970's and became a partner in a real estate company in London
servicing ethnic communities and specialising in off shore property sales.
Merryl completed her Immigration Law Certificate with Deakin University in 1996 and has been a registered Migration Agent with MARA since 1996.
Merryl is also a Licensed Real Estate agent (Reg. No. 725690) and a Justice of the Peace (NSW) Registration Number 135469. Merryl is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (Member No. 266) and of the Real Estate Institute NSW.
