Selecting the right tenant
One of the most important steps in renting your property is finding the right tenant.
Our agency provides comprehensive screening of all prospective tenants. This includes the use of pre-rental applications and reference checks, which include TICA checks, as well as business and personal references, including references from former managing agents.
All property management staff attend regular courses and seminars to aid us in screening potential tenants. After our investigation we consult with the owner before making any agreements with the tenants. Our comprehensive screening process includes:

Our records ease your tax preparation chores. You receive a monthly statement of income and expenses for each property we manage for you. A separate trust account record is maintained for each of your properties. Copies of invoices for work performed are sent to you for your personal records. You may also choose to have us pay mortgage payments, utility payments, and maintenance bills, if you wish.
