Townhouses and Villas are usually comprised of 3 or 4 bedrooms over one or two floors and have a private courtyard or garden. Overall, a townhouse is closer in look and feel to a traditional house. There are body corporate fees to pay but the advantages of ownership outweigh the expenditure.
