Dual Living

Dual Occupany Home - Silkwood

Dual Living is two attached dwellings on a single block of land. These homes provide an exceptional investment opportunity where it is possible to individually rent both sides of the house or alternately live in one side while renting out the other. Dual Living homes have the potential to provide a higher rate of return and can be cash flow positive. The other advantage of Dual Living is you have more than one Living on the block of land thereby significantly increasing the value of the property.

House and Land

Whether selecting a newly built home or a house and land package, all homes on offer come complete with a full turnkey package and other upgrades. Often referred to as a free-standing or single-detached house, most have three to five bedrooms, some with study, media room (MPR) or powder room and usually have one or two levels. Completed with a front and back yard, landscaped and fenced, and often room for a pool or spa. This style of property offers quality life-spaces and privacy for families, singles and couples.
